Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 big slices of papaya (cut into small pieces)
  2. 1 small apple (chopped)
  3. 1 small mango (chopped)
  4. 1/4 cup Curd
  5. 1 tsp flaxseeds & 1 tsp chia seeds (soaked)
  6. 2 dates/mixed berries (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the mixer and blend well. No need to add sugar.
  2. Add crushed ice and enjoy your chilled yummy smoothie.
