Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 300g Raw mangoes
  2. 3 teaspoon red chili powder
  3. 1 teaspoon salt or as per taste
  4. 1 teaspoon turmeric
  5. For Tempering
  6. 1/4 cup gingelly/ mustard oil
  7. 1.5 teaspoon mustard seeds
  8. 1/2 teaspoon hing
  9. 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
  10. 6-7 curry leaves


  1. Clean Raw Mango and dry thoroughly Chop Mango into small pieces
  2. Add them to heat proof bowl
  3. Add salt, turmeric and red chili powder. Mix well until mangoes are well coated with spices
  4. Heat oil in a small pan. Splutter mustard seeds
  5. Add hing and Fenugreek seeds. Once it crackles, add curry leaves and saute for few seconds
  6. Pour tempering over raw mango mix. Mix well. Let it sit on counter for 30 minutes
  7. Serve immediately. Store remaining in sterilized air tight container and store in cool dry place
