Celery Soup with Cumin and Ginger
Ingredients to make Celery Soup with Cumin and Ginger
- 1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon
- ½ tsp seeds/jeera
- 1-inch piece , chopped into large pieces
- 2 to 3 /jalapenos, slit
- ½ cup green (white portion), chopped
- 2 cups chopped celery
- to taste
- Black powder
- Celery leaves and chopped green for garnishing
- wedge, olive oil etc.
How to make Celery Soup with Cumin and Ginger
My Tip:Once you remove the green chilies and ginger pieces, you can puree the soup in the pan itself or in a food processor. Love the strong flavors of ginger and chilies? Then let them stay in the soup while blending! Adjust spices and consistency according to taste and preference.
