ABOUT CREAM of MUSHROOM CORRIANDER SOUP RECIPE

Winter sets in to give little more hunger than usual where these kind of creamy soups look into the very need with taste as well as a filling and tasty preposition.Cream of mushroom is a bland soup but with corriander it gets its flavour .Salt and pepper with some ginger paste peps it up.Boil well with corn starch cool add cream.to give texture.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 8-10 mushrooms
  2. 1 cup chopped corriander
  3. 2 tblspn corn flour
  4. 2tblspn fresh cream
  5. 1/2 tspn ginger paste
  6. 2 tspn butter preferably unsalted

Instructions

  1. Clean mushrooms well
  2. Keep ingredients in place
  3. Heat 2 tspn butter in a pan
  4. Add cut mushrooms and 1/2 tspn ginger paste ,saute3- 4minutes
  5. Make slurry of 2 tblspn corn flour , add to the mushrooms add coriander here too
  6. Stirring cook 2 minutes on slow adjust thickness by adding water
  7. Add salt and pepper now
  8. Bring to gud boil stand to cool for 2 minutes add fresh cream
  9. Stir mix well while warm do not boil
  10. Serve hot
