ABOUT Aam Ki khatti meethi Chutney/Achar RECIPE

This is very tasty and can be eaten with paratha, breads and others.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 raw mangoes peeled and roughly chopped
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  4. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1/2 tsp vinegar
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp fennel seeds

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the mangoes and cut in to small pieces in lengthwise.
  2. Take a pan add chopped mangoes with sugar and cook for 10-15 min until the mangoes soft.
  3. Add all ingredients and mix them well.
  4. Switch off the flame and cool it and add vinegar and mix well, Sweet and spicy mango chutney is ready.
  5. When it cool down fill in the air tight container and refrigerator it.
  6. You can store for 4-5 months at room temperature.
