Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Pumpkin cubes
  2. Jaggery according to your taste
  3. Cardamom powder
  4. dry ginger powder
  5. Pinch of salt
  6. Wheat flour
  7. oil
  8. Poppy seeds


  1. Take a half pumpkin clean and chopped in medium size cubes and boil it 5 mins
  2. Do not boil very smooth, to cook till it 90% only.
  3. After remove the extra water and mash it, next add cardamom powder and dry ginger powder, pinch of salt, jaggery, mix well
  4. Additionally add wheat flour little by little and knead the dough like the smooth chapati dough.
  5. After roll it like chapati , while rolling to sprinkle poppy seeds and cut in round shape with the help of round shape cutter or cup.
  6. Further deep fry in medium flame. Until golden brown colour.
  7. Finally pumpkin buns is ready to serve,
