Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat sprouts 1/2cup.
  2. Almond 1/2cup.
  3. Walnut 10nos.
  4. Raisins 10nos.
  5. Cashew nuts 5nos.
  6. Sugar 1table spoon.
  7. Ghee 2table spoon
  8. Cloves 2nos.
  9. Green cardemom 2nos.


  1. For making wheat germs,soak wheat overnight in water.Drain next day and wrap in a muslin/cotton cloth.Keep in an airy space.After 24hour you will get germinated wheats.
  2. Soak almonds in warm water for 15_20 minutes,peel and put in a grinder.
  3. Add all dry fruits and wheat sprouts.Make a smooth paste after adding some water.Keep aside.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan ,add cloves and cardemom.When aroma starts eminating add almon _wheat paste.
  5. Saute on low flame,when ghee starts separating add 500 ml water and boil on high flame.
  6. Further boil on medium flame for 5_7 minutes.Meanwhile add sugar.
  7. Take out in serving bowl .Add some ghee and serve hot.
