Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cooked Barotaä 5 pieces
  2. Onion 2 medium sliced
  3. Ginger small piece finely chopped
  4. Garlic 4 clove finely chopped
  5. Tomato sauce 3 t.spoon
  6. Chilli sauce 2 t.Spoon
  7. Vinegar 1 t. Spoon
  8. Capsicum any color 1 sliced
  9. Cashew some
  10. Butter 3 t. Spoon
  11. Spring onion 2 stem finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the Barotaä pieces like this.. Nd Chop the all veggies Nd set aside..
  2. Put the pan ND add butter 3 T. Spoon Nd add chopped garlic Nd ginger
  3. After 3 min Add onion g. Chilli stir fry 3 min with salt in high Flame
  4. Add capsicum (I used yellow capsicum )fry 3 min..
  5. Add S. Onion fry a minute ND add 2 t. Spoon soya sauce 1 t. Spoon of vinegar Nd 2 t. Spoon of tomato sauce and 1 t. Chilli sauce ND add salt as per taste ND stir fry 3 min
  6. Add cashew ND mix well.. Adjust salt ND spices.
  7. Cook in little high flame is good for this dish ... Garnish with spring onion Nd cashew...
