Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 750 gm bottle gourds skin (lauki skin)
  2. 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  3. pinch asafoetida
  4. salt as per taste
  5. 3 green chillies
  6. 3 tbsp grated coconut
  7. 1 onion medium chopped
  8. 6 garlic pods
  9. 8 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in kadai & add asafoetida & cumin seeds.
  2. once cumin seeds crackles add bottlegourd skin along with water and salt cook for 5 minutes
  3. cool it at room temperature
  4. Now in mixture jar add cooled mixture, along with add greenchillies, onion chopped, garlic pods,grated coconut & grind it in chutney jar & tasty chutney is ready .
