Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cooked moong dal - 1 small bowl
  2. Potato - 2 medium size cut in square
  3. Parwal - 250 to 300 gm cut in square
  4. oil - 1 tbsp
  5. Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  9. Dry red chilli - 1
  10. Green chilli - 2
  11. Ginger paste - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a pan, add oil and heat.
  2. Now add cumin seed and dry red chilli. Now add the potato and parwal.
  3. Now add salt, turmeric and mix. Cover the pan in medium flame for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add the ginger paste and stir.
  5. Now sprinkle little water and cover again till the vegetables get cooked.
  6. Now add the moong dal and sugar and stir properly.
  7. Now add the green chilli and mix properly.
  8. Remove from flame.
