Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green Peas (Frozen) - 1 Cup
  2. Onion (Small) - Chopped - 1
  3. Garlic - Chopped - 5 Cloves
  4. Oats - 2 Tbsp
  5. Milk - 1 Cup
  6. Oil - 1 Tbsp
  7. Bay Leaf/Tej Patta - 1
  8. Dalchini - Small Stick -1
  9. Pepper Powder - ¼ Tsp
  10. Salt - 1¼ Tsp/To Taste
  11. Sugar - 1 Tsp
  12. Water - 2 Cup
  13. Coriander Leaves - To Garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat Oil in a non-stick pan.
  2. Add Jeera,Dalchini & Bayleaf.
  3. Add Onion & Garlic.
  4. Cook on high flame for 2-3 minute.
  5. Add Peas. Cook for a minute. Add Salt & Sugar.
  6. Add Water & Oats. Cook for 12-15 minute Or until peas are fully cooked.
  7. Cool Down. Remove Bayleaf & Dalchini.
  8. Transfer to a grinder. Turn into a paste.
  9. Transfer it to the same pan. Cook for a minute.
  10. Add milk to the grinder. Clean from all sides. Add it to the pan.
  11. Continuously stir & cook until it boils.Add Pepper/Kalimirch. Mix.
  12. Garnish with Coriander Leaf & Serve Piping Hot :)
