This gachak is easy to make at home.It is made up of groundnut,jaggery and a spoon of ghee.healthy and yummy

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw Groundnut /moongfali-1 cup
  2. Jaggery/gud-1 cup
  3. Clarrified butter /ghee -1 tsp

Instructions

  1. First take a pan heat it and add raw groundnuts to it and at low medium flame roast it for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Next cool it and remove skin of groundnuts
  3. Take a nonstick pan ,add ghee to it.then add jaggery.and let it melt at low medium flame.
  4. Keep stirring continuously .take a small bowl of water.To it add a drop of jaggery .let it be in it for a second
  5. Then check the jaggery in water.if it stretches ,then need to cook further
  6. Again repeat process.if jaggery breaks its ready .now add groundnuts to it .mix quickly
  7. Spread it on a greased plate
  8. Let it rest for a minute.with the help of knife cut it in squares.
  9. Let it cool completely.remove from plate and keep in airtight container.
