Made with desi ghee and khoya,Loaded with cashews,almonds and raisins

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 gms aata
  2. 250 gms khoya
  3. 200 gms desi ghee
  4. 200 -250gms castor sugar
  5. 1 cup nuts little churn in mixie(almonds cashews and raisins)

Instructions

  1. In a deep bottom kadai,heat ghee.
  2. Add aata and roast till golden brown..or till you get yhe nice strong aroma and ghee leaves the sides.
  3. Add khoya.Again simmer till it also turns to golden color of aata and again ghee will leave the sides.
  4. Now add all the nuts.Toss nicely.
  5. Lastly add sugar and switch off the flame.Toss gently and nicely
  6. Make pinnis of your preferable choice of sizes out of it.
