ABOUT Shakshouka RECIPE

Shakshouka is a famous breakfast dish in middle east countries. Morning breakfast in a healthy way from Arabic cuisine.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Eggs - 3
  2. chopped onions - 2
  3. Chopped tomatoes - 2
  4. grated ginger - 2tsp
  5. Pepper - 1tsp
  6. Butter - 1tsp
  7. corainder leaves - 1tsp
  8. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan put butter then add grated ginger and saute well.
  2. Now add onions and mix well till onion cooks.
  3. Then add tomatoes. Mix onion and tomatoes together. Add salt and pepper. Close the lid and wait for 5 mins.
  4. Now slowly break the egg one by one in the top of the gravy. Close the lid and cook for 3 mins.
  5. Granish with corainder leaves without disturbing the eggs . Serve hot!!!
