Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For kofta
  2. Cauliflower (Gobi)
  3. chopped onion
  4. Chopped coriander leaves
  5. Garam Masala
  6. Cumin powder
  7. Coriander Powder
  8. Chilli powder
  9. Turmeric Powder
  10. Chopped green chilli
  11. Gram flour (besan)
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Ginger Garlic Paste
  14. Oil, caram seeds
  15. Few curry leaves chopped
  16. For Rice
  17. 4 cup baasamati rice
  18. Star anise, shahi jeera
  19. Cinnamon, clove, pepper
  20. Bay leaf, ghee, salt, cardamom

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add greated or grinded Gobi next add above mentioned kofta ingredients and mix well like soft dough
  2. Then Heat the oil and deep fry to golden brown colour stir fry
  3. For the rice, heat the ghee or oil in cooker,and add mentioned rice ingredients , mix well.
  4. Cook until it 75% , in cooker 2 whistle, keep it cool completely,
  5. In the deep heavy bottom pan add kofta layer, next add rice then sprinkle some saffron milk and coriander leaves chopped, chopped onion, make this layer by layer you want,
  6. Remember Lastly top layer comes rice, then cover with lid and simmer 5 mins in low flame. Finally serve it
