Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 5 cup wheat flour
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 2 cup semolina
  4. Oil to deep fry
  5. Grated and grinded Carrot,(Vegetables as your wish)
  6. Grated and grinded Betaroot
  7. Spinach & betel leaf chopped and grinded
  8. Boiled Potato grated and chopped coriander


  1. In the mixing bowl add 1 cup of Wheat flour , salt to taste and 1/4 cup of semolina, mix well
  2. Then add Grated and grinded carrot without adding water . Next mix well make a dough. If you want water add little.
  3. Same as knead the dough adding all veggies knead the dough separately in smooth like normal bhature dough.
  4. Further make a small balls and roll it round shape after deep fry in oil.
  5. Finally serve it healthy bhature with chutney sambar aloo Palya etc.
