there are many spices like ginger powder, ganthoda powder, gond etc keep our body warm in winter .we should eat daily one piece of this sukhdi to keep our body fit and healthy for whole year.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 6 cup whole weate flore ( dardara gehu ka aata)
  2. 4 Cup desi ghee
  3. 1/2 cup gond fried in ghee
  4. 3 and half cup jaggery powder
  5. 1/4 cup ginger powder
  6. one fourth Cup ganthoda powder
  7. 1 teaspoon fenugreek powder
  8. one teaspoon variyali / snuff powder
  9. one half cup grated dry coconut
  10. one half cup broken cashews
  11. one half cup Almonds slices
  12. 3 stable spoon pistachio 's slices


  1. heat ghee in the kadai.
  2. add whole wheat flour and souteing on medium low flame.
  3. Stair continuously till it became light in weight and change the colour like light brown.
  4. add gond and mix it.
  5. now switch off the gas and add Ginger powder,gunthoda powder,variyali powder, fenugreek powder and mix it.
  6. now add jaggery powder and mix still it melt in the mixture.
  7. set all mixture in greased tray.
  8. Tap it and make flat surface.
  9. Sprinkle cashews, almond, pistachio, coconut shredded and again make flat surface.
  10. cut in a square and sat down for 2 hours.
