Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1/2 kg flex seeds
  2. 1kg roasted chann gram
  3. 3/4 kg of wheat flour
  4. 1 litre ghee
  5. Dry fruits
  6. 1kg jaggery


  1. Step 1 Dry roast flex seeds and keep it aside for 15 min and grind it , sieve it and keep it separate.
  2. Step 2 take roasted channa gram and grind it to a fine powder and keep it separate.
  3. Step 3 cut dry fruits I took badam, cashew and wall nuts .. cut it into small pieces or you can give pulse in mixie and keep it separate.
  4. Step 4 Take a kadai pour ,250 ml of ghee and roast flex seeds powder till raw smell goes away.. and keep it aside
  5. Step 5 : take one more kadai pour 250 ml of ghee and roast channa gram powder till raw smell goes away and keep it separate..
  6. Step 6 : take one kadai and pour 250 ml of ghee and roast wheat flour till you get brown color..and keep it separate..
  7. Step 7 take a big enough kadai and mix all the roasted powder.. Step 8 Take small kadai and pour some ghee take 100ml and roast all the dry fruits ...dry coconut , badam, cashew, wall nuts..
  8. Step 9 : put it in the same bowl where you have the mixture of all the roasted powder.. and give a good mix.. Step 10 take a pan add 1 glass of water and add 1 kg of jaggery and keep stir continuously still you get one string consistency.. Step 11 Add jaggery syurp in the bowl where u have all the ingredients.. and give a quick mix and start making ladoos.. don't over mix it will absorb the moisture and u will not get ladoos.. you have to make it hot hot..
