Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 5-6 Carrots, peeled & shredded or grated
  2. 1 cup Sugar
  3. 1/2 cup Almond powder
  4. 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
  5. 1/2 tsp Ground Cardamoms (Elaichi)
  6. For garnishing:- As required Your favorite nuts chopped like pistachios or almonds

Instructions

  1. On a medium heat, mix shredded carrot and sugar into a medium sized pot. Cook the mixture till thickened. It takes about 15-20 minutes but if you are using wide pot, may cook faster.
  2. Once the mixture is thick, turn off the stove and add remaining ingredients like almond powder, desicated coconut, cardamom.Mix everything well.
  3. Let the mixture cool completely.
  4. When cooled, start making ball. Take about a tbsp of mixture and roll into smooth balls.
  5. Use small cupcake liners to place each ball for nice decoration.
  6. Garnish with chopped nuts
