Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 500 gm chicken
  2. 100 GM YOGURT
  3. 1 tsp garlic pest
  4. 1 tsp ginger pest
  5. 1 cup onion slice
  6. 4-5 green chili
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2 tsp sugar
  9. 1 tsp Termeric powder
  10. 1 tsp red chili powder
  11. 1 tsp cumin powder
  12. 1 tbsp coriender powder
  13. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  14. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  15. 2-3 red chili whole
  16. 4 tbsp oil
  17. Some spices ( 2 cardamom, 3 cinnamon, 3 cloves, 2 bay leaves, 2 red chili whole)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl marinated the chicken with 1/2 cup onion,garlic & ginger pest,salt,yogurt,2 tbsp oil and all the powder masala add and mix very well and keep aside atlist 2-3 hour.
  2. Heat remain oil and add cumin seeds,red chili whole & all the spices and satue till fragrent.
  3. Add remain onion and fry it. Add sugar and satue.
  4. Add the marinated chicken and mix it very well.
  5. Cover and cook 10-15 min and stir. Again cover and cook 10 min till the chicken is complitly cook.
  6. Garnished with some coriander leaves and Serve hot with bengali fried rice.
