  1. Carrot (Grated )1/2kg
  2. Suagr 200gms
  3. Milk 1cup ghee 100gms
  4. Drifruit half cup
  5. Cardom powder half tsp
  6. Milk 1/2ltr
  7. Sugar 200gms
  8. Lemonjuice 1tsp
  9. Cardom powder half tsp


  1. For carrot halwa...Heat a thick vessel pour ghee
  2. Put carrot grated keep statue 10min once carrot should be soft
  3. Pour milk carootchop should boiled and cook in milk
  4. Add drifruit pices,sugar,cardom powder once halwa is ready transfer to the bowl
  5. For rasa gulla..heat the milk in a container keep boil once it's bubbling
  6. Add lemon juice it will becomes cuddle strain water transfer to the plate
  7. Make kneaded palm make small round rasagulla
  8. Heat the container pour water add sugar , card om powder leave rasa gulla keep boil 10mins
  9. Then seperate rasagulla to water ..take cup cake mould grease butter place carrot cake on base
  10. Cover up to level arrange carrot halwa on top
  11. These cup cake mould transfer to cake tray should bake 180 degree at 15mins..
  12. Then take out cut by half ready to serve,, carrot halwa rasagulla terrine
