Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 big chopped onions
  2. 4 finally chopped green chillies
  3. 1 cup besan
  4. 4 tbsp green coriander leaves chopped
  5. one teaspoon salt
  6. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  7. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoon haldi
  9. half teaspoon chat powder
  10. 1/4 teaspoon carom seeds
  11. 250 grams mustard oil


  1. First of all chopped onions in any desired shape.
  2. Now mix all raw ingredients with very less water and make batter.
  3. Now switch on gas and put deep kadhai on it with oil when the oil become very hot then put pakodas in it and let it fry on slow flame.
  4. Turn pakoras occasionally. When they get their proper texture from all sides then take them out on kitchen towel.
  5. Take a serving tray, keep pakoras on it and serve them with chutney or sauce .Now our pakodas are ready to serve
