ABOUT Breakfast in bed! RECIPE

Start your day with toasted bread and eggs with pepper.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices - 4
  2. Eggs - 2
  3. Salt - according to taste
  4. Freshly powdered pepper - 1 tsp
  5. Oil - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat up your non stick pan and finely toast the bread to a beautiful golden brown colour and keep aside.
  2. For the eggs, heat the pan with oil and pour the eggs directly over the pan.
  3. Gently mix it around after adding salt, so that the yolks are combined with the whites.
  4. Sprinkle on top the freshly ground pepper and take it off the pan.
  5. Cut the omlette into two parts.
  6. Assemble the egg between the toast and voila! Enjoy your breakfast with a cup of hot coffee.
