Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. chicken Leg - 5 nobs
  2. Red chili Powder - 1 tbsp
  3. turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp
  4. coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
  6. Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  7. curd - 2 tbsp
  8. salt as per taste
  9. cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
  10. cinnamon - 1/2 inch
  11. clove - 2 to 3 nobs
  12. Curry leaves
  13. coriander leaves
  14. Onion(chopped) - 2 medium sized
  15. Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
  16. tomato (chopped) - 1 large sized
  17. oil as per requirement

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken leg pieces properly and make slits into the chicken and keep it in a bowl for marination.
  2. for marination add the chili powder,coriander powder,Turmeric powder, Salt,Curd,Ginger and garlic paste, Garam Masala powder 1/2 tbsp into the Chicken and mix properly for marination and live it for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes take a pan and oil for heat.Once oil is hot then add the cumin seeds, clove, cinnamon into it and saute it for few second.
  4. Then add the curry leaves, chopped Onion and the chopped garlic into the oil and saute it very nicely till the onions became golden brown.
  5. Once onion change the color then add the chopped tomatoes into it,then add the salt into it and mix it very nicely.
  6. Once tomatoes became soft then add the marinated Chicken into it and let it mix nicely.
  7. Then cover the lid and let cook the chicken pieces in slow flame. Mix it in between every 5 minutes and allow it for cook properly(10-15 minutes)
  8. After 15 minutes remove the lid and let it fry for another 5-6 minutes with medium flame.
  9. Once the mas-alas stick into the chicken and it became dry then add the chopped Coriander leaves into it and switch off the flame.
  10. Your Chicken leg Roast/Spice Drumstick Roast it ready to eat.serve hot with lemon and onion slices as a stater item.
