Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup refined flour
  2. 1/2 cup rice flour
  3. Required salt
  4. 1 tsp cooking soda
  5. 1 cup thick curd
  6. Chopped coreander leaves and green chillies

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, ADD 1/2 CUP RICE FLOUR, SALT, 1 TSP BAKING SODA, 1 CUP THICK CURD, MIX
  2. DROP SMALL DOLLOPS OF THE READY BATTER IN HOT OIL, DEEP FRY ON SLOW HEAT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  3. THE BONDAS ARE READY
  4. SEE HOW CRUNCHY THEY ARE FROM OUTSIDE, YET SO SOFT & FLUFFY ON THE INSIDE
  5. SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY OR KETCHUP
