About Bhujia Chikki Recipe

Chikki is a traditional ready to eat Indian snacky sweets.In winter everyone loves to eat chikki. This is my innovation try this recipe.

Bhujia Chikki

Ingredients to make Bhujia Chikki

  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/2 cup grated jaggery
  • 3/4 cup bhujia
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon melon seeds

How to make Bhujia Chikki

  1. Heat Ghee in a pan and add jaggery.
  2. Melt jaggery at low to medium flame.
  3. When jaggery gets melted add one drop in water if it becomes a ball and when you eat this ball it should not stick at your teeth.
  4. Now jaggery syrup is ready then add bhujia and mix well.
  5. Spread this mixture in a grease plate and spread by grease flat bowl.
  6. Garnish with fennel seeds and melon seeds.
