Badsahi murg is very tasty and simple recipe.you can serve with Rice,fried rice,sweet polao,roti or rumali roti.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken 350 gm.
  2. Curd 4 tsp.
  3. Onion paste 2 medium size.
  4. Ginger,garlic paste 2 tsp..
  5. Tomato pure 2 tsp.
  6. Salt to teast.
  7. Black pepper powder 1tsp.
  8. Tandoori masala powder 1tsp
  9. Kashmiri redchilli powder 1tsp.
  10. Cinnamon stick 1 medium size.
  11. Whole cumin seeds 1 tsp.
  12. White oil half cup.
  13. Kewra water 1 tsp.
  14. Meetha attar 2-3 drops.


  1. At frist marinated the chicken pieces with all ingredients (curd,pinch of salt,black pepper, tandoori masala powder, Ginger, garlic paste,red chilli powder)and nicely coated all pieces and rest it about for 1hr -1hr 30minutes,keep aside.
  2. Heat the frying pan put oil add cumin seeds,cinamon and after 2 minut add onion paste and cook about 5-7 minutes high flame.now add salt to teste and it well add tomato pure and cook it about 3-4minutes come out the oil.then all marinated chicken pieces.add 1 cup water and cook it about 8-10-5minutes on the low flame cover the pan.after 10 minutes add kewra water and meetha attar mix it well.when you cooked then switch and rest it about 6-7 minutes then serve it.
