ABOUT Green Smoothie RECIPE

A simple, easy and quick recipe to start your day with full of nutritions. Best smoothie for winter season. (Recipe I have made in Dar es Salam - Tanzania)

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 cups fresh greens (Spinach, kale, Romaine, Dandelion etc)
  2. 2 cups coconut water
  3. 2 Cups fruits (banana, avacado, blueberries and pineapple)
  4. 2 tbsp honey
  5. Some chia and flex seeds
  6. Blueberries for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Take a mixture jar.
  2. Add all greens and grind it well.
  3. Add fruits and grind it.
  4. Now add flex and chia seeds.
  5. Grind it well.
  6. Lastly add coconut water and honey.
  7. Again grind it well.
  8. Strain it in serving glass.
  9. Garnish it with berries.
  10. Serve it.
