Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. three pieces whole carrot cutting into some small pieces
  2. Cashew and raisins 1cup
  3. almond for decoration
  4. Saffron soaked in milk 2tablespoon
  5. milk powder 2 tablespoon
  6. sugar as needed
  7. Some ghee
  8. some water


  1. first of all paste the carrots with little water.
  2. heat a pan with one tablespoon of ghee.
  3. now slightly fry cashew nuts and raisins.
  4. Pour carrot paste and saute.
  5. after that and Saffron milk and powder milk and sugar.
  6. mix well and fry until it's completely dry to form a soft dough in low flame.
  7. now turn off the flame and let in cool down.
  8. after that grease some ghee in your palm and make small size carrots from the dough.
  9. now attach half of Almonds in the upper side of every carrots.
