Home made choclate truffle is a masterpiece,chocolates coated with choclates,its simple to make,but very delicious to taste,perfect for winter

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. for Centre ---dark chocolates 250 gram( cut into small pieces)
  2. fresh cream( any Tetra Pack) 100 gram
  3. Rum 2 tablespoons or Rum essence 1 teaspoon( optional)
  4. icing sugar 3 tablespoons( to coat)
  5. for covering--- dark chocolates 250 gram (chopped)
  6. white chocolate 50 gram( Chopped)
  7. Fresh cream 2 table spoons
  8. butter paper as required
  9. Aluminium foil as required

Instructions

  1. take the cream in a microproof bowl
  2. microwave it for 2 minutes
  3. add chopped chocolates, stir well and microwave for another 1 minute, stir once in between, microwave till thick
  4. wait for a minute, and add rum, mix well
  5. transfer the mixture to a small bowl, when you remove the mixture from oven it is thin but it firms up on keeping
  6. put the truffle mixture in the freezer for at least half an hour or till firm enough to make round balls
  7. take it out and make balls
  8. roll in icing sugar to coat
  9. place on a plate lined with Aluminium foil, keep in the fridge to set (15 minutes)
  10. meanwhile melt the chocolate for covering
  11. add a little amount of fresh cream to the chopped chocolate and microwave for 2 minutes ( till it becomes glossy) and cool to room temperature
  12. Add balls to the melted chocolate, stir with a fork to coat chocolate
  13. remove balls from the melted chocolate, shake off the excess, place chocolate coated balls on the foil
  14. now make a cone with a butter paper
  15. melt white chocolate and little amount of fresh cream in the microwave for 30 seconds till soft
  16. mix well to make a smooth paste
  17. put melted chocolate in the paper bag, make designs on the chocolate, refrigerate for minimum 1 hour
  18. Garnish with some chocolate art
  19. it is ready to serve
