Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1cup Alove vera puri
  2. 2 cups wheat flore
  3. 1cup gram flore
  4. 11/2cup ghee
  5. 2 cups sugar
  6. Almonds chopped 50gms
  7. 1/4tsp pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Keep fresh wash aloe vera on plate
  2. Peal off outer layer of aloe vera take pulpy inner part
  3. Wash pulpy inner part to remove bitter ness..washed pulpy aloe vera transfer to mixer jar
  4. Heat the deep thick pan pour ghee when it's melts ghee pour aloe vera puri on to pan
  5. Keep fri puri on ghee keep fri until it get roasted..when puri turns roasted
  6. Add wheat flore,gram flore keep fri flores along with aloe vera roasted puri
  7. Mean while heat the other container put sugar,half cup water keep boil once sugar melts and it forms one string consistency these
  8. Sugar syrup pour to main pan keep mix up
  9. Switch off take out the pan add pepper powder,chopped almond on it
  10. Mix well take a small amount of ladoo batter make as your like shape and size
  11. Coat with Poppy seeds
  12. Ready to serve garnish with badam
