Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For bread-1 cup of wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup of milk
  3. 1, 1/2 small spoon of yeast
  4. 1 small spoon of sugar
  5. 1 pinch of sugar
  6. 1/2 cup finely chopped fenugreek leaves
  7. 1 spoon sesame seeds
  8. 1 small spoon oil
  9. For fillings -
  10. 1/2 cup chopped fenugreek leaves
  11. 1 cube grated amul cheeese
  12. 2 spoon roasted sesame seeds
  13. 6-7 garlic finely chopped
  14. 1/2 a spoon chilli flakes
  15. 2 pinch of black pepper powder
  16. 1 spoon oil
  17. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add lukewarm milk, add sugar mix it well
  2. Add dry yeast and keep aside for 15 minutes
  3. After 15 minutes, add wheat in a bowl, add prepared milk and make a soft dough
  4. Keep it in a air tight container for atleast 2 hours
  5. After 2 hours it gets spongy
  6. Knead it and add sesame seeds salt and fenugreek leaves
  7. Mix it well add a little oil and make a chapati with the help of hands
  8. Prepare for filling, in a bowl add fenugreek leaves, cheese, chilli flakes, chopped garlic, salt, a little oil, black pepper powder and sesame seeds
  9. Spread the filling over the flate surface
  10. Cover with dough and spread sesame seeds over it
  11. Grease the dough with milk
  12. Heat the cookar add salt in it
  13. Put a stand over the salt and a Greased bread tin over the stand, heat it for 5 minutes with lid
  14. Remove the whistle and rubber
  15. Put the prepared dough in bread tin and cook for 35 minutes, first 15 minutes in medium flame then 20 minutes in low flame
  16. Off the gas , let it be cool completely and serve with sauce
