Winter's special full energetic almonds sheera

Badam sheera

Ingredients to make Badam sheera

  • almonds 200 gram
  • sugar 150 gram
  • Pure ghee 150 gram
  • Milk 200 mililitre
  • cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • saffron strands 8..10

How to make Badam sheera

  1. Soaked almonds for 7..8 hours
  2. Then peeled almonds
  3. Grinded along with mill
  4. Make coarse paste
  5. Soaked saffron in 2 tablespoon milk
  6. Heat the ghee in a vok on medium heat
  7. Add almonds paste
  8. Add sugar
  9. Get well till it lefts sides
  10. Add cardamom powder
  11. Add saffron milk
  12. Mix well and turn off the flame
  13. Serve hot garnishing with chopped almonds
