Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Bread Bowl
  2. 1 inch butter
  3. 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  4. 1 chopped onion
  5. 1 chopped tomato
  6. 2 tbs Ginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tbs dry spices
  8. 1 tbs garam masala
  9. Whole spices
  10. Fresh coriander leaves
  11. 4 tbs oil
  12. Salt to taste


  1. Preheat the pan with oil. When its hot add cumin seeds ,whole spices, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and saute well.
  2. Next add chopped onion , salt and saute until rawness goes out.
  3. Now add chopped tomatoes and dry spices , garam masala and saute unyil oil separates.
  4. When its done add boiled chick peas and 1 cup water. Cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes in low flame.
  5. When its cooked sprinkle fresh coriander and keep aside.
  6. Now take the bread bowl and scrape thw middle part of bread and try to make a cavity. Remove all extra pieces.
  7. Now preheat a pan with butter let it melt then place the bread bowl and toast it from all corners.
  8. Now its time to assemble by placing the bread bowl and pour the chole masala in it.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy with your family.
