ABOUT Kaale Til ke Laddoo RECIPE

Engery Booster ladoos made using palm jaggery. Palm jaggery is the product of coconut tree and it is free of chemicals, its black in colour. It has a natural choclate taste and is used in many desserts. It is rich in calcium and mineral and provides instant energy

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250g Black Seasme
  2. 250g Palm jaggery
  3. 1/2 cup Dessicated Coconut
  4. Black Cardmom seeds of 5-6 cardamom

Instructions

  1. 1. Dry Roast Black sesame seeds and keep aside
  2. 2. In the same pan, add jaggery and allow it to melt
  3. 3. Add slightly crushed cardamom seeds to it, cook till it melts, add 1 TSP of ghee
  4. 4. Now add the sesame seeds to the melted jaggery and mix well. Switch off the flame, add half of dedicated coconut and reserve the rest for garnishing
  5. 5. Allow the mixture to cool a bit, and shape the ladoos with greased hands ( small size)when it is still hot. Coat the ladoos in desicated coconut and store in a air tight jar.
  6. 6. Remember to have just one laddoo a day. More is not advisable as til as tendency to produce heat in the body. Good in winters but to consume in moderation.
