Carrots are available in high quantity into winter season . And dryfruits also very helpful to body during winter . So today i made a simple recipe bt presenting in a special way so all kids , young and old persons will like to eat these lovely looking hearts ...

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrots grated - 1kg
  2. Mawa(Khoya) - 400 grm
  3. Sugar - 200 gram
  4. Ghee -3 tbspn
  5. Dry frits - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Put grated carrots nd sugar into a kadahi and cook until absorbs all sugar syrup ... It become thick mixture.
  2. Make mawa soft into micro for one minutes.
  3. Add soft mawa into cooked carrots and mix well and cook for 5 minutes .
  4. Add ghee and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Now transfer into greased tray nd keep aside for 2 hours .
  6. After two hours cut into desired shape . I cut in double heart shape and fill with Dry fruits ..
