Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 2 cup
  2. Vegetabile oil 3 cup
  3. Ghee 1tsn
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Milk 2lts
  6. Condensed milk 1 cup
  7. Suger 4tsn
  8. Chopped pista 4tsn
  9. Kaju nuts 15gm
  10. Crushed cardamom 1tsn


  1. Maida with salt and make well in the center.
  2. Poure the 1tsn ghee in the well and mix with a little warm water at a time to from a dough......
  3. Cover and allow the dough to rest for about 30mnts
  4. After that dough one agin divide the dough into small balls.
  5. Than make luchi each balls.
  6. Heat the oil,make the deep fry luchi...
  7. Take a non stick pan add milk for payes.
  8. When oiling milk add crushed cardamom,
  9. The milk thickness,add condensed milk,sugar simmer the gas till it dissolves.
  10. Add the luchi one by one...Mixed well in low flam for few mnts.
  11. Garnish with chopped pista and kaju.
