Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 medium size beetaroot
  2. 1 Big size chopped onion
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste
  7. Cumin and coriander powder
  8. Chopped coriander leaves
  9. Chilli powder
  10. Salt to taste, green chilli
  11. few curry leaves
  12. Oil, pinch of hing

Instructions

  1. In a pan heat the oil, add mustard and cumin seeds, few Curry leaves and splutter them.
  2. After add chopped onion, green chilli, saute till they translucent,
  3. Next add all masala ingredients mix it then add peeled and chopped beetaroot saute well and close the lid, simmer for few minutes.
  4. While stirring occasionally, additionally add required water boil it till beetaroot cooked.
  5. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. Off the flame,
  6. Now beetaroot curry is ready ,to serve with roti chapati rice .
