Bhog means its bengali traditional meals..brinjol ,potato curries ,dahi cudi,wheat jaggery burfi,biryani,jeera rice,fruits.bajra roti..its irreisible dishes

  1. Brinjol 200gms
  2. Onion chopped medium sized
  3. Green chillies slices 2
  4. Garlic crush 1tsp salt 1tsp
  5. Pinch turmeric powder
  6. For dahi khadi..1cup curd
  7. 2tsp besan
  8. Green chilli 2
  9. Turmeric powder half tsp
  10. Salt 1tsp
  11. Half tsp cumin powder
  12. Pinch asfoeteda
  13. For tadaka ..Red chilli 2
  14. 2tsp oil
  15. Half tsp cumin,mustard seeds
  16. Few curry leaves
  17. For baby potato sabzi..
  18. 150gms baby potatoes boiled peal
  19. Half tsp salt,chilli powder
  20. Wheat jaggery burffy..
  21. 1cup wheat flore
  22. 1cup jaggery
  23. 1cup chopped drifruits
  24. Half cup ghee
  25. 1tsp cardom powder
  26. Bajra roti for..bajra flore 1 cup
  27. Half tsp salt


  1. Take a big mouth bowl put wheat.bajra flore add salt pour water to make soft kneaded doe
  2. Total doe cut equal Portions,take one make round shape mean while heat tavva take
  3. Small doe make round shape place on tavva apply water on top of roti
  4. Spread water fully on top
  5. Fri both sides once it gets brown color apply ghee..then take brinjol cut pieces on
  6. Heat cadai pou an oil add tadaka when it's splits add Onion,keep statue once it's fried add brinjol keep statue then give seasoning as already mentioned ..mix well take out to serving bowl
  7. Then for alloo sabi..heat the other cadai pour an oil add onion,chilli slices put peal baby aloo keep fri when aloo gets brown color add salt, chilli powder
  8. Then dahi kadi..heat the cadai pour oil add tadaka,r ed chilli,garlic crush .. mean while take a cup put curd besan,turmeric,salt,cumin powder mix well these liquid pour on cadai mix well once it becomes thick ready to take out cup
  9. For wheat jaggery burfi..heat thick container pour ghee when it's melts put wheat flore keep mix well one get fried and nice aroma will come
  10. Mean while take a bowl put Jagger,water keep boil once it's melts this liquid pour on wheat flore keep mix add cardom powder,drifruit pieces mix well those,take out pour on ghee applied plate
  11. Leave 5 mins,then cut slices ready to serve
  12. Take a plate put sabzi,sweet,roti,biryani,rice and all full winter bhog is ready
