Parotta with salna a great food during winter......the taste I’ll bring a entire bliss of winter.....have a try guys .....

For parotta :
Wheat flour 2cup
Salt
Water
Oil
For salna:
Onion 2
Tomato 1
Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
Pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Poppy seeds 1 teaspoon
Ginger 2 inch
Garlic 6 shallots
Cardamon 2
Cinnamon small piece
Cloves 5
Chilly powder 1 spoon
Corridor powder 1 spoon
Garam masala 1/2 spoon
Coconut Nd cashew paste
Instructions
Fist gonna make wheat parrota.....
In a flour add enough amount of water Nd salt make a dough......pour the oil and again give a massage .....kept it as aide for minimum 30 minutes......
Make a small balls of dough...,,spread it as it is possible using the rotti making roller....then apply the oil over the dough Nd fold it in a zic zac motion...add make a roud like above image.....t
Again spread it little bit ....add the oil the tawa Nd roast the dough in it like rotti by adding the oil.....
For salna:
Put the oil the pan add cloves,cardamoms,cinnamons,onions,poppyseeds,fennel seeds sautéed until it fry then add tomatoes,ginger Nd garlic then make them paste......then pour some oil in the pan then add chilly powder in the oil.
Then quickly add the paste add water in it .....then add coriander powder Nd garam masala , let them boil until the raw smell goes off....then add the coconut cashew paste in it let them boil Nd sprinkle coriander leaves on it ....
