Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chicken keema 1 & 1/2 cup
  2. Cabbage leaf 9 - 10
  3. Chopped onion 3 table spoon
  4. Chopped corriander leaf 3 tb spn
  5. Chopped green chilli 1 tspn
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Blackpepper powder 1 tspn
  8. Chopped Ginger 1 tbl spn
  9. Chopped Garluc 1 tbl spn
  10. Chopped Carrot 3 tbl spn
  11. Soya sauce 1 tbl spn
  12. Tomato sauce 1 tbl spn
  13. Sugar 1/2 tspn
  14. Bread crumbs 2 tbl spn
  15. Lemon 1/2
  16. Chilli flakes 1/2 tspn


  1. At first i have taken all the ingredients together.
  2. Now put the cabbage leaves in boiling water with salt. Kept for 5 mnts.
  3. Then taken the keaves from hot water and put them in cold water for 5 mnts .
  4. Now taken off the leaves and dry them with cotton cloth.
  5. Now mixed all the ingredients exect cabbage leaves with chicken keema. And mixed it well.
  6. Now taken a leaf and keep 2 tbl spn keema on it .
  7. Now rolled the leaf. And made all leaves like the same way.
  8. Now taken a big size bowl and put 2 cups water in it. Let it boil. Then taken a plate with holes and brushed oil on it and put the rolls on it and covered it with a plate.
  9. Steamed it for 15 mnts in midium flame.
  10. Now serve them with tomato sauce.
