Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Water 2 cup
  3. Milk 1/2;kg (Full Cream)
  4. Desi ghee 2 tbsp
  5. Kesar 6 flower
  6. Misri powder 100 gm
  7. Pineapple slice 04
  8. Termeric 1/4 tbsp
  9. Sugar for Caramel 4 tbsp
  10. Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
  11. Small cardamon 02

Instructions

  1. Zarda preparation 1) Boil rice with cinnamon powder , cardamon and Desi ghee. 2) Add Misri powder ,Desi ghee ,saffron milk ,termeric water in half cooked rice. 3) Heat off when rice well cooked and then add pineapple crunch after making it cool.
  2. Prepare small bucket and serve to kids .
  3. Rabdi preparation 1) Boil milk till it get reduced in thick form 2) Add Misri powder and pineapple crunch after making it cool. Caramelised Sugar Melt 3 tbsp sugar and make your desired shape.
  4. Dish is ready to serve.
