Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Channa Dal 2 cups
  2. Sweetened Condensed milk 1 cup
  3. Ghee 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup
  5. Dry fruits chopped 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Soak channa dal for 4 hours
  2. Pressure cook for 3 whistles
  3. Drain the water and blend it in a mixer
  4. Heat ghee in a pan and saute the channa dal paste
  5. Once it gives a good aroma, add condensed milk. Approximately after 20 milk
  6. Add sugar when the condensed milk is cooked
  7. Keep stirring till one big lump is formed
  8. Switch off the gas and put the mixture on a greased plate
  9. Decorate with chopped dry fruits
  10. Cut it into squares once cooled and remove from the plate
