Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One cup finely chopped cauliflower
  2. One medium size potato boiled
  3. Rosted papad two crushed
  4. One table spoon oil for masala
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chilli powder half tea spoon
  7. Asafoetida ( hing ) one pinch
  8. For dhough - one cup whole wheat flour
  9. Salt one pinch
  10. Vegetable oil one tea spoon
  11. Water
  12. Oil for frying


  1. Take a bowl and put whole wheat flour in it add salt and oil and knead with water make a soft dough and keep aside.
  2. Now take a wok and put oil
  3. After heating oil add cauliflower finely chopped and saute for two minutes.
  4. Now add boiled and mashed potato and mix
  5. Add salt and red chilli powder and mix well
  6. Now take a small ball of dough and slightly roll with rolling pin
  7. Add masala and crushed papad on rolled dhough
  8. Now again make a ball and sprinkle some flour and again roll with the rolling pin
  9. Now prepare paratha on hot tava using oil
  10. Fry it till brown in colour both side
  11. Now serve hot with kadhi , pickle or tea
