Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soaked 3/4 cup green split
  2. 1/4 cup water
  3. 3green chilli
  4. 1/4cup chopped carrot(any vegetables)
  5. 1/4 cup boil pea
  6. 1/4 cup chopped onion
  7. 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  8. 2tbsp besan
  9. 1/4 cup sooji
  10. 1/2 packet eno
  11. 1 tbsp Rai
  12. 1 tbsp white til

Instructions

  1. Take a mixer jar transfer green split add 1/4 cup water,green chili and Grind it coarsely after this transfer the mixture to a bowl
  2. add vegetables ,paste ,besan , suji,pea,salt ,onion and eno.mix it properly .
  3. take a pane on medium flame add oil after 1/2 min.add Rai,til and after 1 min. Add the batter and set it with spoon properly and cover it 7-8 min.after 7-8 min..flip the handvo ..after 8 min..handvo ready to both sides..
