Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 tbsp all purpose floor ( maida)
  2. 1 tbsp semolina
  3. 1/2 cup rice floor
  4. 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  5. 1 cup khejur gud / Jaggery
  6. 1 cup grated coconut
  7. 1/2 litre milk
  8. 1/2 cup khoya


  1. In a mixing bowl, take rice floor, semolina, and all purpose floor . Dry mix
  2. In another pan take Jaggery, add water and heat but not boil
  3. Now make batter, for this add Jaggery water in bowl from which dry ingredients(rice floor,semolina, and all purpose floor ) are added.
  4. Make running batter, not very thin. And keep aside for an hour to set.
  5. Now, in a kadai add milk and make boil, when it rest half and became thik then add grated coconut , 1/2 cup Jaggery and khoya.
  6. Now when it becomes thik , turn off the gas flame.
  7. After 1 hour, heat up a tawa brush with oil and pour 1 big spoon batter and spread round.
  8. When it becomes transparent, fill with stuffing and make roll.
  9. Make all the patishapta pitha like this method.
  10. Serve hot or cold both are tasty and soft.
