Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Green Peas 1cup
  2. Semolina 3 table spoon
  3. Rice flour 3 table spoon
  4. Green chilly 1
  5. Garam masala 1/2 tea spoon
  6. Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon
  7. Amchur powder 1/2 tea spoon
  8. Assafoetida 1/2 tea spoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Ajwain 1 tea spoon


  1. Gring the Green peas roghly chopped. Add rice flour,Semolina, garam masala, Assafoetida, Ajwain, amchur powder, termeric powder into it then mix it well. Keep it aside for 10 min & make a dough nd sallow fry. Serve it with mint chutny & tamato sauce.
