Ingredients to make green peas pesto crostini

  • 1 French loaf
  • butter 2 tablespoon
  • olive oil 2 tablespoon
  • garlic powder 1 tablespoon
  • for pesto
  • green peas 1 cup
  • garlic 2-3 cloves
  • grated cheese 1/2 cup
  • dry basil 1 tablespoon
  • red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon
  • black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • chicken salami 5-6 slices
  • onion chopped 2 tablespoon
  • tomato chopped 2 tablespoon
  • chat masala 1 teaspoon
  • perseley for garnishing

How to make green peas pesto crostini

  1. slice the French loaf.
  2. make a mixture of butter, olive oil and garlic powder.
  3. brush the mixture on bread pieces.
  4. bake them at 200 degree centigrade for 5-8 minutes.
  5. take all the ingredients for pesto in a blender and grind them into smooth paste.
  6. green peas pesto is ready
  7. spread the pesto on baked bread pieces.
  8. pan roast the salami slices.
  9. mix chopped onion and tomato with chat masala
  10. garnish with salami slice, tomato onion mix and perseley
  11. green peas pesto crostini is ready to serve.
