  1. 1 French loaf
  2. butter 2 tablespoon
  3. olive oil 2 tablespoon
  4. garlic powder 1 tablespoon
  5. for pesto
  6. green peas 1 cup
  7. garlic 2-3 cloves
  8. grated cheese 1/2 cup
  9. dry basil 1 tablespoon
  10. red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon
  11. black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  12. 1/2 cup olive oil
  13. salt to taste
  14. chicken salami 5-6 slices
  15. onion chopped 2 tablespoon
  16. tomato chopped 2 tablespoon
  17. chat masala 1 teaspoon
  18. perseley for garnishing


  1. slice the French loaf.
  2. make a mixture of butter, olive oil and garlic powder.
  3. brush the mixture on bread pieces.
  4. bake them at 200 degree centigrade for 5-8 minutes.
  5. take all the ingredients for pesto in a blender and grind them into smooth paste.
  6. green peas pesto is ready
  7. spread the pesto on baked bread pieces.
  8. pan roast the salami slices.
  9. mix chopped onion and tomato with chat masala
  10. garnish with salami slice, tomato onion mix and perseley
  11. green peas pesto crostini is ready to serve.
