Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 8 bread slices.
  2. 1/2 cup sooji.
  3. Salt and pepper as per taste.
  4. 1 medium onion finely chopped.
  5. 1 medium ripe tomato chopped finely.
  6. 1 tbsp each chopped coriander and mint leaves.
  7. 5 eggs.
  8. 3 tbsp yogurt.
  9. Water to make the batter.
  10. Oil to make the dosa.


  1. Make crumbs out of the bread slices.
  2. Beat egg well, add all the ingredients and make a batter. of dosa batter consistency.
  3. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Place a tawa on medium flame,add 1 tbsp oil.
  5. Pour 1/2 cup batter ,spread in circular form .
  6. Drizzle oil, cook crisp on both sides.
  7. Serve hot with pickle or chutney.
